goal: a proper estate plan for our clients consisting of tax planning,
legal planning and insurance planning.

Lin Phelps, CEO
Today, Mr. Phelps continues to specialize in
estate and business planning. He established hundreds of revocable living
trusts, and worked extensively with asset protection trusts, charitable
remainder trusts (annuities and charitable gift annuities) and generation
skipping transfer trusts. He has lectured and presented numerous workshops and
seminars to a variety of audiences. He also has put together a full team of
professional estate planners consisting of Estate Planning Attorneys, CPA’s,
CFP’s, and a number of insurance agents under the Safe Estate Plans structure.
He is also the Texas Director of ILSA, Independent LifeStyles Association.
